The DMV's Premier Permanent Makeup Studio

My name is Dawn Byrd-Carter and I’m the owner of Bellissimo Brows, the DMV’s premier permanent makeup studio specializing in microblading! After working in the corporate world for several years, I decided to get back into the beauty business. My first experience in the beauty industry was as a nail tech with 10 years in the industry as a salon owner/manager/trainer and technician. I loved the one on one interaction with clients and decided to get back into the beauty industry as a permanent makeup artist. I’ve trained extensively with Brow Design International and have over 900 hours of hands on and academic experience on the latest permanent makeup techniques. I also have trained with industry leaders Daria Chuprys, Shay Danielle, Brow Daddy and others to stay on top of the latest techniques and trends in the industry. I have a blood-borne pathogen certification, and I’m licensed and insured.

The brows define and frame the face, so being able to help someone wake up looking beautiful everyday is a wonderful feeling!
